Fair Use

The first aspect of using fair use and seeing if using fair use is correct you really need to look at the different things that you are able to deal with fair use. One way that you are able to use Fair use deals with the fact that if you are using a product to make money you are not able to make money off of using fair use. The second factor deals with where you are getting all of the copy written work. If you are using a portion of work that is fictional then you are less likely to get in trouble but if you use something that was not written in fiction like a work book then you are going to probably run into some trouble. The third aspect of the fair use deals with how much of the work you are trying to use fairly. The third factor also deals with what section of the work that you are taking out. This deals with the fact that if you are taking a little bit of a section of the book but it is the main heart of the work you are going to run into some trouble. The fourth factor that you are looking at when you are using fair use deals with whether or not you are affecting the market of the different works. If you are affecting the market of the work you are trying to use fair trade with then you will get into some trouble because of the fact that it is affecting the outcome of the original works. Fair use deals largely in what I deal with as a student. It is important that I find different resources in order to finish different projects. I really have to look at the different fair use ideas so that I am able to get as much credit and correct information for projects.
